The Federal Housing Corporation with head office in Addis Ababa has six branches out of which 5 branches are located in Addis Ababa and one branch in Dire Dawa. FHC has recognized the need to replace processes and technologies that are currently being used to support the information handling process with a state-of-the-art system. FHC is introducing an Integrated System to allow online services for its customers and employees. The Integrated Management Information System consists of two major systems: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Property Management System for managing its vast number of houses and other assets.
